A. Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Branch Operations Officer, the candidate is directly responsible for the accomplishment of the following key result areas in the assigned branch:

KRA 1: Attainment of Branch Targets

Total Members
Total Members Deposits
Total Members Share Capital


KRA 2: Operating Efficiency
KRA 3: Sales and Marketing Process Efficiency
KRA 4: Financial Risk Management
KRA 5: Member Relations Management
KRA 6: Regulatory Compliance
KRA 7: Business Planning
KRA 8: Policy Review and Recommendation
KRA 9: Submission of Management Reports to the Branch Operations Officer/Branch Manager and Marketing and Membership Department Manager, and Records/Database Management (completeness, reliability, security of records/database)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
