Position Summary:
Amazon Business is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager based in Madrid to own Amazon's B2B customer engagement for EU5 (DE, UK, FR, IT, ES).
You will be part of the Amazon Business EU SSR Engagement team responsible for driving effective marketing campaigns to increase business customer awareness of business relevant pricing and selection,
and drive growth of category adoption and vertical tailored solutions.
Key job responsibilities: Responsible for the GTM plan and execution of pricing and selection marketing initiatives.Work closely with Retail partner teams to ensure sourcing of business relevant selection for prioritized customer verticals.Drive merchandising experiments and work with product owners to optimize CX around deals and events.Optimize CX, merchandising and marketing to drive discoverability of always on deals, business pricing and business relevant selection.Work with Retail and Customer research to build customer-centric value proposition and messaging when it comes to marketing to specific customer verticals.Own AB Gateway bar raising program.Own Coop process and work with Retail teams to develop attractive placements for top business brands to invest in additional visibility, while enhancing customer experience.Define key success metrics, set the mechanisms for activity reports, report and present key business results to Amazon Business leadership.Work closely with central teams to share regional learnings and optimize performance based on global best practices. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: At least 4 years experience in marketing, merchandising, product marketing.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.Knowledge of analytical reporting tools (i.e., Excel, Tableau).Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
