We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager Microscope / Connectivity / Diagnostic m/w to join our International Surgical team.OBJECTIVE / PURPOSE OF JOBThe primary role of the International Marketing Manager for Microscope / Connectivity / Diagnostic is to drive the Microscope and Diagnostic business, find synergies and complementary projects with other surgical businesses (share of wallet), define with the Marketing Director Surgical International the strategic and marketing plan which will facilitate country's organizations and regional distributors to achieve sales and profit goals. The International Marketing Manager for Microscope / Connectivity / Diagnostic develops the Bausch + Lomb reputation across the region by re-energizing the international surgical leaders, leading positive momentum throughout our sales and marketing team and delivering outstanding service to our KOLs.MISSIONSMicroscope / Connectivity / Diagnostic ExpertInternational reference/interface for Microscope, Connectivity and Diagnostic. Perfect knowledge of the other ophthalmology ranges (IOLs, Visco, cataract, retina, femto as well as laser) to find synergies, promote bundling and leverage best practices among the region. Participation in RD meetings related to Equipment to share the Voice of International. Regular meetings with technical experts (engineers, specialists) for sharing ideas, knowledge. Continuous training for real and outstanding expertise.KOL ManagementDevelop portfolio of KOLs for the business. Identification and mapping of key opinion leaders (local/regional/international). Arrange demonstration/trials with selected KOLs on new products and ensure follow-up in cooperation with Medical. Identify necessary clinical data to support sales, customer and patient support. Create, manage and animate Advisory Boards. Develop peer-to-peer actions for an increased share-of-voice, increase advocacy and loyalty. Support KOLs during symposia, live-surgery or any action involving KOLs. Respect the compliance and internal rules.Competitive IntelligencePerfect knowledge of all competitors and proactive analysis of new developments. Track competitor activity within the region and elaborate comparative tools. Combine the customer feedback and expectations. Identification and prioritization of business development needs (internal and/or external). Prepare an international business case for each requirement (enhancement or new product) for integration in the pipeline. Development and Implementation follow-up with a deep understanding of Regulatory Compliance environment, risks and limitations.International Marketing CoordinationSupport the development, implementation and monitoring of new product launches to meet or exceed sales and margin expectations. Manage new product introductions / Manage pre-launch and launch planning with different stakeholders (Supply, Manufacturing, Regulatory). Create a launch plan for Microscope / Connectivity / Diagnostic and define the INTL marketing strategy and execute tactics and operations. Develop launch marketing campaign for Microscope, Connectivity and Diagnostic. Develop and implement engagement-driven marketing communication plans and tactics for assigned product lines and projects with the support of the Digital Communication Manager.Budget ManagementManage budget for all Microscope / Connectivity / Diagnostic projects. Present on a monthly basis the latest product and project updates to the local Marketing Managers. Work with BUDs and local Marketing Managers to adapt and roll-out marketing materials to local situations and needs. Actively participate in international congresses. Work closely with the training manager to create new packages, ensure proper cascade of the training locally. Participate in the Marketing Digital Strategy for International.EDUCATION / COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTSEducation: Master's degree or equivalentCompetencies: Significant experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry (Sales and/or Marketing). Ophthalmology experience as an asset. Experience within a multinational organization / multi-cultural experience. KOL management capability. Efficiency, Responsiveness, Autonomy, Initiative. Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines. Networking for being able to understand the market trends and country needs. Team player. Digital Marketing capability.
