.Marketing Manager - Spain/portugal - Fanatics Collectibles The Marketing Manager Spain & Portugal is crucial in driving the growth and visibility of Topps' Sport and Entertainment collectibles in the Spanish and Portuguese markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing relationships with key partners, and ensuring the effective promotion of our products across various channels. Key responsibilities are:Marketing Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement effective marketing plans and brand strategies for sport & entertainment collections tailored to the Spanish and Portuguese markets.Manage all elements of consumer marketing/promotions, including consumer research and analysis, advertising, trade promotion, online marketing, financial analysis, and budget management.Oversee and manage the successful creation of TV commercials from script to broadcast.Content and Social Media Management:Work closely with the Social Media Manager to produce engaging content for Topps' social media channels, including influencer marketing, to increase the reach and engagement of our collections.Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content for social media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.Relationship and Partnership Management:Create and develop relationships with high-profile partners such as football governing bodies, football clubs, and brand partners.Manage new licenses and contract renewals with professional football clubs in Spain and Portugal.Explore new opportunities to work with brand partners and organizations to extend the reach of all collections, including promotion, sampling, and mutually beneficial competitions.Event and Project Management:Organize and execute successful large-scale audience-focused events across multiple cities in Spain and Portugal.Develop project teams and outline critical paths, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.Budget and Financial Management:Accurately manage the promotional and advertising spend for each collection, ensuring alignment with the budget.Work with sales teams in Spain and Portugal to develop retail plans for each product, ensuring maximum market penetration and sales growth.Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with internal and external teams, including agencies and suppliers, to execute marketing activities effectively.Manage PR, online, and media agencies to develop cost-effective ideas that promote the company and its products.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.5-10 years of marketing experience in sports/entertainment or relevant consumer products.Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.Strong passion for and comprehensive knowledge of football and sports
