The goal is to offer effective marketing initiatives that contribute to our brand awareness and growth.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute initiatives and campaigns.Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales.Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc).Lead and execute promotional events and campaigns.Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.Track, analyze and report the success of the campaigns and events to help shape future marketing strategies.RequirementsMinimum 5 years experience in Marketing Manager position.Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media, etc.) and market research methods.Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.Well-organized and detail oriented.Exceptional communication and writing skills.Creative and commercial mindset.BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent.Spanish, Catalan and English languages.
