This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of various marketing channels, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development:- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with overall Scriveiner objectives.- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.Social Media Management:- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.- Create, curate, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms (e.G., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).- Monitor social media analytics to measure performance and identify trends.- Engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages promptly.- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes.Email Marketing:- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.- Create compelling email content, including subject lines, preheaders, and body copy.- Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation workflows.- Analyze email campaign performance metrics and optimize accordingly.- Ensure email compliance with CAN-SPAM and other relevant regulations.Content Creation and Management:- Work closely with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content for various marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and social media posts.Brand Management:- Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and materials.- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual assets to communicate our brand identity and value proposition effectively.Analytics and Reporting:- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track progress, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Public Relations:- Collaborate with influencers, thought leaders, and industry experts to amplify the organization's message and reach new audiences.- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers who can positively impact the organization's reputation and brand perception.- Formulate and create a PR Kit and integrate article placement for brand identity across all communication channels.The ProfileQualifications:- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing manager role, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.- Excellent communication skills
