This role is fully P&L responsible for a $100+MM NR business unit. You will be providing leadership, motivation and development for the team of 11 people - to drive marketing excellence and business performance.As a key interface with the other functions of the business and the colleagues in Zurich, your role is to drive the strategic planning and business delivery for the portfolio; ensuring the plan is agreed and delivered. Key to this will be the ability to set a compelling vision; foster strong cross-functional relationships and be the key category point of contact with local and Zurich-based business leaders. One of the most critical relationships will be with the in-countries MD and sales team to define and implement the best commercial growth plans. You will leverage all marketing mix elements to develop your business, planning and monitoring the day-to-day financials within the approved P&L budget.
