This role is fully P&L responsible for a $100+MM NR business unit. You will be providing leadership, motivation and development for the team of 11 people - to drive marketing excellence and business performance.As a key interface with the other functions of the business and the colleagues in Zurich, your role is to drive the strategic planning and business delivery for the portfolio; ensuring the plan is agreed and delivered. Key to this will be the ability to set a compelling vision; foster strong cross-functional relationships and be the key category point of contact with local and Zurich-based business leaders. One of the most critical relationships will be with the in-countries MD and sales team to define and implement the best commercial growth plans. You will leverage all marketing mix elements to develop your business, planning and monitoring the day-to-day financials within the approved P&L budget. They will have confirmed experience in business and people management - as well as proven track records of strategic ability, inspiring others, results delivery and success managing all aspects of the marketing mix. You must be agile with remote management and eager to collaborate closely with the Iberian Sales Team and will be part of the Iberian Leadership team. You must be commercially well-rounded and financially aware, with strong business acumen and ideally experience in sales as well as strong marketing experience and skills. English fluent. Spanish is a plus.International professional experience is required.The position is based in Madrid, Spain.
