ROLE PURPOSEThe role will be responsible for supporting the commercial organization and the day-to-day operational work required to drive local marketing program execution. This role will focus on executing global marketing strategies, frameworks and materials with local relevance to deliver best class marketing to the in-country organization, empowering and enabling the drive towards local sales potential.
Role ResponsibilitiesIn collaboration with the regional team, support the day-to- day responsibilities of marketing execution – from hands-on operational work to coordinating with agencies and partners for execution.Translate regional strategies into local frameworks and plans, developing localized marketing strategies and plans in collaboration with matrix functions such as sales, clinical and service.Maintain customer contact database and work towards update & good data integrity.Customer support with marketing materials provision (e.g.: brochures, posters, digital assets).Facilitate congress, workshop and customer event strategy, preparation and execution.Sales team support with market analysis & reports, marketing materials and systems essential to day-to-day sales execution.Coordinate marketing materials translations, approval process, distribution to sales force and inventory management.Support website content updates, and digital communication activities.Support, with the direction of marketing manager, marketing campaign and marketing tools creation, production and release.Manage marketing qualification of leads before pass-through to sales, coordinate lead metric and reporting in country as applicable.Coordinate Marketing Reporting on key activities, success & challenges including activity effectiveness and monthly newsletters.Manage creative execution of materials, liaise with printers.Assist in day-to-day marketing general admin including marketing budget management.Operational Role ResponsibilitiesSupport in country marketing blueprint (tactical plans, new product introductions, communications strategy, market development, and portfolio lifecycle plans).Support commercial excellence (Sales & Marketing) in country.Collaborate with sales effectiveness, sales training, strategic and demand planning to accelerate opportunity velocity and drive improved forecasting accuracy.Establish and review metrics to evaluate effectiveness of all marketing activities/programs in terms of goals/ROI.Develop relationships with key opinion leaders, luminaries and high volume successful users to gather information and product needs for franchise activities.People & Leadership ResponsibilitiesManage stakeholder interactions with local sales and marketing teams, as well as a wide range of other functions, including customer and field service, regulatory, legal, operations and contracts.Ensure effective and efficient flow of information between the regional/international/global marketing teams to enable marketing to lead with functional excellence.Have a strong self-start drive to take personal leadership for initiatives and improvement opportunities.FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISEEffective at managing/maintaining commercial relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and translating market trends and Voice of the Customer to inform and influence country marketing & sales execution.Strong consumer marketing skills and experience within the beauty, aesthetics and cosmeceuticals space.Able to build congress attendance and workshops.Strong brand and PR leadership ability.Fluency in digital marketing capabilities in order to execute campaigns for acquisition and/or brand awareness objectives.Create and measure KPIs on customer success expertise in optimizing marketing technology for customer acquisition and retention.Shares expertise and knowledge with others.Applies expertise and technology and uses technology to achieve organizational goals.SOFT SKILLSCustomer Focus - Sets and monitors high standards for quality, leads methodical systems that result in customer satisfaction.Excellent communications skills able to communicate and networks effectively.Persuades and influences others, able to present with confidence.Applying expertise and technology - applies specialist and detailed technical expertise.Commercial acumen – understands business objectives and aligns activity accordingly.Analytical skills - Ability to analyse various types of data to obtain commercially useful insights.Thinks critically and considers different perspectives.Project Management skills.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.Cynosure is an equal opportunity employer aiming for inclusion and diversity in every recruitment process.
