We're on our way to coining the term "Compensation-as-a-service".We're proud to be backed by leading European VC funds, having raised over €20 million.Why you, why now?As we expand Coverflex's operation into the Spanish market, you'll be a key component of that process as you will own our branding, organic acquisition and activation efforts on that market.About YouYou're a Marketing expert, eager to contribute to our mission of changing the way compensation is awarded, managed and spent; You're native in Spanish and fully fluent in English; You have 5+ years of experience in marketing roles within similar contexts to this one, preferably in B2B SaaS companies; You are a very good communicator (obviously), with great speaking, writing and editing skills; You are a project manager, with strategic thinking and able to deliver rock solid execution; You are organised and disciplined, with the ability to meet deadlines, document processes and shift priorities with agility, if and when necessary; You follow the creed of "done is better than perfect"; You are curious, humble, open-minded and empathetic, willing to work with multiple stakeholders in an effective way; You have experience with website management and content production, with SEO knowledge being a valued plus; Nice to haves:Experience working with tools such as Webflow, Jira and Lokalise is a valued plus; Solid understanding of web analytics, video creation and editing, as well as social channels, is a valued plus; You can providean online portfolio or demonstration of previous achievements to help us learn about how you think and practice your craft.The RoleOn a typical day, you will..
