Key Responsibilities:
Aligns with the vision, mission, business objectives and targets of the Company.
Leads the collaboration with the Division Heads, project managers and coordinators, other stakeholders, clients, vendors and other partners in pursuit of the growth and expansion of the Company through strategic planning and tactical execution of marketing programs, projects, activities and other initiatives.
Plans and manages the annual overall marketing budget and forecast results.
Creates a marketing framework, with defined and streamlined processes, including methods and procedures (M&Ps).
Monitors and manages performance and financial KRAs and KPIs of the Marketing Team.
Lead the planning, creation and distribution of marketing and branding collaterals, ensuring they complement the overall marketing strategy.
Conducts outreach to potential partners, establishes and activates partnerships, coordinates each partnership activity, and nurtures relationships with these partners.
Creates, implements and regularly updates the marketing and branding stylebook, and cascades every update to the different stakeholders as a reference guide for compliance.
Understand the industry standards and best practices, current and emerging technology trends and other relevant things that can improve the Company's Marketing efforts..
Employs data gathering, analytics, automation and other new technologies to maximize resources and optimize digital efforts, i.e., SEM, SEO, PPC.
Establishes and manages third-party vendors of digital marketing services for the Company's consumption.
Plans and executes the creation of compelling and relevant marketing collaterals, e.g., web content, social media content, case studies, blogs, animation, etc. that capture interest and create engagement.
Explores, develops and maintains relationships with media outlets and industry influencers at various levels, and identifies opportunities for media exposure.
Leads strategic planning and execution of crisis containment and management
Plans, executes, monitors and measures the success of corporate events, e.g., webinars, exhibits, symposiums, summits and conferences to enhance brand visibility and exposure and increase client reach and engagement.
Performs other tasks assigned by the CEO or anyone deputized by the CEO for such purpose.
Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, Mass Communications, Journalism, Digital Arts or something similar is highly preferred.
At least five years of experience as an end-to-end marketing manager, chief marketing strategist or in a similar role.
Marketing experience in a network engineering, cybersecurity, and networking and cybersecurity product or service distributor, reseller or systems integrator company is highly preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Amenability to work on European Time (CET).

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
