We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and oversee a small team.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in fashion marketing, a strong strategic mindset, and a passion for storytelling that drives brand awareness and engagement.
In this role, you will design and execute a comprehensive 360° marketing strategy in collaboration with the Creative Directors, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and business goals while managing collaborations with external agencies and partners.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies to achieve business goals.Manage, mentor, and inspire a Marketing Coordinator, fostering growth and creativity.Lead collaborations with external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with brand goals and maintaining strong relationships.Drive the creation of compelling, on-brand content across all channels.Analise market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.Lead the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity.Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations.Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure cohesive and effective messaging across all touchpoints.Qualifications:Degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 1 year in a leadership or management role, ideally in the fashion industry.Strong experience in working with external agencies, freelancers, or collaborators.Deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media trends.Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, marketing analytics platforms, and project management software.Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
