Proactivity, reliability, and kindful collaboration are the core values of our Solution Culture.If you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest-growing B2B scale-ups, then BizAway is the company you have been looking for.We are looking for:A driven and enthusiastic Marketing Manager (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team by delivering effective demand through awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion.Your role in BizAway:Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a small team of marketing professionals while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.Develop Lead Generation Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy focused on acquiring, nurturing, and converting high-quality leads.Sales Alignment: Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality, develop nurturing strategies, and provide necessary sales enablement tools and resources to optimize conversion rates.Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, website, social media, PPC, webinars, offline assets, events, etc.) to drive inbound and outbound lead generation efforts.SEO/SEM Optimization: Work with our SEO and SEM team/providers to enhance online visibility through organic and paid search strategies.Content Development: Produce engaging content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, landing pages, and email sequences that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other marketing platforms. Regularly report on key metrics, ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Your basic qualifications:5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of success.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proficient in digital marketing tools and technologies.A passion for travel and marketing, staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
