The Role:As Head of Marketing at MoreApp, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision to position MoreApp as a leader in field service management and digital workflows. In this role, you will oversee all marketing functions including digital marketing, brand management, and demand generation while ensuring alignment with our growth goals and brand positioning.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
Manage the marketing budget and optimize resource allocation for maximum ROI.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define MoreApp's brand positioning and value proposition.
Execute multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Set KPIs and report marketing performance to the executive team.
Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead generation and nurturing.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
Strong strategic vision and team management experience.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and Marketing and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key Initiatives:
Conduct a marketing audit and develop a detailed marketing plan.
Develop an annual marketing plan with specific goals, tactics, and budget allocations.
Oversee the website redesign, content strategy, and account-based marketing.
Establish partnerships, initiate PR campaigns, and expand social media presence.
