This is a truly exciting opportunity.Core Responsibilities:Content: Regular publishing of marketing assets, strategy creation, copywriting, editing, and working with Storyblok CMS.Branding: Ensure all external assets are within guidelines, working with graphic and web designers.Search Engine Optimisation: Increase organic traffic/bookings, creating and optimising website pages.Paid Advertising: Execute paid advertising campaigns, manage budgets and ROI analysis.Social Media: Manage and execute on all channels, community engagement, and paid amplification.Email/SMS: Manage newsletters/SMS communications, HubSpot mastery.Other Marketing: Organise events, manage owner communications, and maintain partnerships.Analysis and Reporting: Analyse data, report insights, and adapt strategies.Day to Day Skills: Great communication, faultless level of writing in Spanish, being approachable and responsive.Product/Destination Fit: Experience in mountain sports and understanding of the clientele.Marketing Pledge: We encourage the marketing team to create with values such as sharing knowledge, being agile, and striving for creativity.Package: Circa.
