About the role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be a generalist with a proven track record across various marketing disciplines, including content marketing, event planning, digital marketing, and lead generation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves to implement and manage marketing activities.
Key responsibilities you will be in charge of Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy to support Arbolus' growth within two key markets, Private Equity and Strategy Consulting. Create and manage high-quality content both in thought leadership and product marketing. This includes white papers, case studies, blog posts, product updates, and social media updates. Plan, coordinate, and execute events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our expertise and generate leads. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising to drive traffic and conversions. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and client needs. Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the market. Requirements to succeed in this role 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the B2B sector and with a focus on private equity or strategy consulting. A generalist with a depth of experience in at least one of content creation, event management, digital marketing, and demand generation. Strong understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and presentations. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as CRM software (Hubspot), email marketing tools, SEO tools, and social media management platforms. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
