Marketing Manager ADP is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for broker and accountant partner initiatives.
In this position, you'll work closely with marketing teammates, broker and accountant channel partners, our sales team, and agencies. You'll manage and execute partner initiatives across the team, including campaigns, events, research, and content marketing. The right candidate will be very organized and able to handle multiple projects with quality output and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities Develop innovative marketing strategies in alignment with channel goals while also demonstrating the ability to think critically and adapt strategies in response to market trends. Establish and nurture positive relationships with business partners, effectively generate consensus among stakeholders and foster collaboration to support project success. Work with team members and business partners in the development and execution of sales campaigns including creative concept development, content briefs, pitch decks, and launch communications. Work closely with broker and accountant channel partners to identify initiatives, develop assets, and execute events. Liaison with agency partners to facilitate creative review and approvals. Provide creative and logistical support for marketing experiential events. The ideal candidate must possess outstanding project management skills, demonstrating the ability to plan ahead, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results against tight deadlines. Requirements A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include: Agency experience preferred. 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing. Experience working in a collaborative cross-team capacity, requiring constant interaction with teams and internal associates. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This position is a hybrid work arrangement. Full-time in the office is also available if preferred.
Compensation and Benefits Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $84,100 - $168,300 / Year.
