Candidate profile We are looking for a full-time Marketing Manager who will report to the general manager. The marketing manager is in charge of defining and executing a global marketing strategy that is fully aligned with the company focus and tightly bound with the sales area.
Key responsibilities As a Marketing Manager at Cellect, you will:
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the general manager. Analyze customer insights, user trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics. Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies and freelancers. Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment. Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures. Accountabilities: Reporting & Processes: Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly KPI report. Marketing Management: Definition, planning and implementation of the marketing strategy. Team & Budget Management. Marketing Stack & Web Management. Demand Generation: Public & Private Sector Demand Generation Activities (monitoring and analysis of marketing campaigns). Marketing Automation Implementation. Market & Competitive Intelligence: Competitive Analysis, Monthly Digest (internal bulletin). External Communication: Corporate communication (PR, PPT, Success case, brochures, FAQs, Awards, etc.) and corporate campaigns (season's greetings, product launch, etc.) planification and approval. Blog, Social Media content review and validation. Media Crisis Management. Branding marketing strategy and implementation. Internal communication: General Manager Communication, Cellect 360. Requirements 3 to 5 years of marketing / product marketing / product management experience in SaaS/B2B companies, preferably in renewable energies and other related sectors. Bachelor's degree or master's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. Advanced written and spoken English (C1+). Experience in launching new products, developing positioning, pricing, sales channels, and promotion strategies. Solid knowledge in digital marketing, SEO and SEM. Experience in market research and customer segmentation. Experience in managing complex, omnichannel, integrated marketing campaigns. Experience executing account-based marketing campaigns is an advantage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent team communication skills and the ability to build the right connections and inspire the sales team and other stakeholders. Ability to work independently and solve tasks in a short time and under the pressure of a highly competitive market.
