We are currently growing at an enormous pace in France, Spain, Germany & Ukraine and the Benelux. To support this growth we are now looking for a high-energy and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager with a strong vision and with the ability to connect the dots across the entire organization.

You should apply if: You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You find solutions where others see problemsYou hold a degree in marketing, communications, economics or equivalent experienceYou can show at least 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketingYou are fluent in English and in either: Dutch, French or Spanish. Any other European languages are a plus of course.You are a people person with the ability to build, structure and motivate the marketing organizationYou combine strategic thinking with hands-on pragmatismYou're creative, dynamic and ambitious. You embrace change in a very fast-paced environmentYou know how to build bridges and collaborate across the entire organizationWhat you will be doing: Develop the marketing strategy to support the long-term growth ambitions of AG SolutionCreate marketing plans and decide on the optimal marketing-mixManage the marketing budgetBuild, coach and structure the marketing organizationAs a team-player you are not afraid of hands-on support when the team needs itClosely collaborate with sales management to create demand-generation plans, define KPI's and metrics, reporting on marketing generated pipeline and conversion optimisationStrengthen and further develop the brand storyCreate a content strategy and a plan to engage the key stakeholders and persona's in the buying journeyWork together with IT to decide on marketing technology, marketing automation, analytics, CRM integration, content management system,...Evaluate and develop account-based marketing, customer marketing and growth marketing initiativesManage and overlook the full marketing process: strategy – planning – campaign execution – measurement and reporting – learnings and optimizationsWork together with HR on employer branding initiatives
