An understanding of carbon markets and demonstrated interest in the adoption of sustainable finance solutions will make your application stand out.Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our carbon token and increase its visibility within the crypto community and among environmentally conscious investors.2. Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships and sustainability-focused platforms.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and communications, to align marketing efforts with business strategy.4. Manage and optimize advertising budgets to efficiently achieve marketing KPIs.5. Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate actionable insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and drive positive environmental impact.Qualifications:1. Minimum 3 years experience in marketing roles within crypto industry. We are open to more experienced applicants. Responsibilities and compensation will be tailored to the candidate.2. Knowledge of relevant tools and platforms for marketing automation, analytics, and community engagement and proficiency in using data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills4. Professional written and spoken English, other languages a plus.5.
