This has been led by the renowned international investment fund Creandum, with the invaluable support of our all time partners Samaipata, 4Founders Capital and VentureFriends.What are we looking for?We are looking for a Marketing Manager DACH to work closely with the Marketing team (composed of a Marketing Lead, a Content Specialist, a Marketing Executive, a UK Marketing & Partnership Executive, a Graphic Designer and a German Intern) to execute the strategy and launch the DACH market.Your main responsibilities will be:Understand our Ideal Customer ProfileWork on the Marketing strategy for the DACH market, managing a budgetWith the help of our Marketing Lead and our Content Specialist, build our brand awareness on both markets, adapting our tone of voice to the specificities of each one, without losing Embat essenceHelp on the planning and execution of monthly online and offline events (webinars, owned events, congresses)Execute campaigns with our marketing partnersLook for new relevant marketing partnerships and eventsAdapt and build relevant material for the sales teamLook and apply for relevant awards for EmbatWhat are the requirements for this role?Educational qualifications: Business Administration, Finance & Economics, etc.Experience: Min. of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in a startup or dynamic environment.Areas/Industries of expertise: B2B or SaaSTechnical skills: Marketing Strategy, Event Management, Content Management and Writing, Project Management, etc.Soft skills: Team player, Autonomous, Analytical, Ability to work independently and take initiativeLanguages (level and languages required): German Native, Fluent English and SpanishAvailability to travelWhat comes with working at Embat?We offer a platform that allows you to reach your professional and personal goals.A competitive salary according to the project and responsibility.Hybrid working setup & flexible scheduleLatest technology of your choice to do your impactful work with
