JOB DESCRIPTION AND DEPENDENCY The Marketing Manager for Channel, Events, Communities & PR is responsible for executing a wide array of marketing initiatives to enhance Ignion's brand presence and authority in the market. This role involves creating compelling digital marketing content for channel and industry partners, organizing impactful events, developing and nurturing online communities, and managing public relations activities with key PR partners, supporting the content manager with social media marketing and email nurturing tasks. Reporting to Director of Marketing Communications. ACTIVITIES Channel/Partners Marketing Execution:
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, following up on activities and execution. Create and distribute digital marketing content tailored to channel and industry partners. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of channel marketing campaigns and optimize strategies as needed. Creation of Sales Materials:
Strictly work with the sales team to gather their needs and collect their feedback about clients' pain points, relevant use cases and most effective formats to be used to convert prospects into customers. Design and develop creative communication and marketing products such as PowerPoint presentations, brochures, landing pages, case studies and other sales collateral that will maximize Ignion's message. Event Planning and Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline events such as webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management. Develop post-event reports and analyze the success of each event to inform future planning. Online Communities Development:
Build and maintain relationships with a community of micro-influencers/RF evangelists to grow visibility on new channels (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Discord), and foster brand loyalty and awareness. Produce a detailed community engagement annual plan, influencers/communities list and execute it.  Develop a digital strategy tailored to each channel to maximize impact. Public Relations Management:
Develop and manage public relations strategies to enhance Ignion's presence in the market. Coordinate with external PR agencies and consultants to ensure consistent messaging and effective outreach. Report on PR performance and ROI relying on both agencies' reports and internal analytics. Content management:
Support the content manager in the execution of social media content, email nurturing programs, YouTube videos, webinars etc. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & HARD SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role, with a focus on channel marketing, event planning, community management, and public relations, social media management and email marketing. Proven ability to create and execute successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and executional skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and at a fast pace. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. SOFT SKILLS Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and create compelling content. Very proactive personality, always willing to do more than requested, learn and grow. Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes. Passionate about technology and staying updated with industry trends. Proficient with digital marketing and content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, HubSpot or similar, CRM, ChatGPT, LinkedIn advertising, AdWords, and more. Passionate, energetic, and able to roll up their sleeves and get things done fast. A commitment to teamwork and working in a collegiate manner. Ability to develop creative ideas and transform them into practical reality.
