In addition you will have the partnership of a digital marketing agency.You will report to the Head of Operations and will have a direct relationship with the B2B and management team in each of the Calido buildings. As the structure of the company is so cross-functional, you will also have collaborative interactions with the CEO, the investment department and, occasionally, with the Dazya Living team.What will your mission be?Developing and executing Calido's marketing strategy, establishing and reporting key KPIs for the business, with a focus on lead generation, brand development and content generation for the different platforms.You will be the person to lead the smooth coordination and delivery of new launches for new flex living schemes, ensuring an appropriate lead enquiry volume to meet leasing targets as a result of implementing effective marketing plans.Your main functions will be:Develop the go-to-market strategies to get the word out about our new flex living platform and drive qualified traffic, to attract potential customers and drive conversions.Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.Define positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition to the target audience.Analyze lead generation metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion rates while establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and periodic reporting
