Who we are looking for We are looking for a creative and results-oriented candidate with solid marketing and sales experience, strong relational skills and who can observe and predict the dynamics of a complex market like the Medtech sector. Your Role As a Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the Advanced Wound Care Business Unit Director for Spain. You will direct the marketing team in the design and execution of short-term and long-term business area initiatives. You will also provide information and recommendations to influence Corporate Wound Care Marketing department to adapt commercial and marketing strategy in the appropriate way. In addition, you will work closely with Key Opinion Leaders externally and the Sales Force internally. Crucial in building bridges between various stakeholders will be your previous experience in the medical device industry and your relational skills. Key Responsibilities Develop Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans that respond to market needs and customer expectations. Sales Channel Management: Oversee various sales channels including prescription-based sales, tenders, and digital marketing initiatives to maximize product reach and effectiveness. Relationship Management: Be the point of contact for product-related inquiries, actively collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Market Analysis: Translate market dynamics and user feedback into actionable insights to guide our strategies. KOL Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups. Customer Feedback: Engage with customer groups to gather insights into current products and future innovations. Campaign Implementation: Adapt international marketing materials for local campaigns, ensuring relevance and effectiveness. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to drive product sales across all channels and enhance customer engagement. Qualifications & Requirements Holds a master's degree in marketing, business administration or health science. At least 5 years of marketing experience in the medical device sector, with solid sales experience, especially in managing diverse sales channels. Can demonstrate solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to secure strong dialogue and cooperation. Skills Strategic and analytical business mindset.
