The primary role of the Marketing Lifecycle Manager is to collaborate closely with marketing, product, engineering, customer service, and data teams. You will identify opportunities for optimizing our members' journeys through activation, engagement, retention, and habit creation for new and existing subscribers. Responsibilities include developing and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, in-app messaging, social media, etc.) to drive engagement across stages of the user journey. The primary focus is on building a personalized experience at each step of the customer journey, increasing customer satisfaction, and ultimately driving revenue growth through improved retention. Learn more about us here (link to http://paperstreetmedia.com/ ) What You'll Be Doing: Lead the development and implementation of automation and campaigns. Define strategy and KPIs for retention/engagement touchpoints. Ideate and execute new subscriber engagement and content marketing initiatives. Own the subscription lifecycle and identify churn reasons. Test new ideas and collaborate with data teams. Create and execute programs enhancing and building improved transparency of subscription benefits. Advocate for subscribers across the company. Manage triggered campaigns across multiple channels. Deeply understand the customer experience and develop segmentation. Implement personalized marketing campaigns across channels. Improve customer loyalty and retention strategies. Own retention marketing KPIs and A/B test campaigns. Align and report retention metrics with insights regularly. Collaborate with product, paid media, brand, business intelligence, and engineering teams. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing and incorporate them into the strategy. Must Haves: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. 4-5 years of experience in marketing creative operations, production, and/or project management, preferably at an entertainment studio, network, or agency. Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation. Mastery of digital marketing channels at various stages of the customer journey. Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, ESP, SFMC, Constant Contact, Sail Thru, Mailchimp, or Pardot. Knowledgeable of the evolving advertising landscape, including exposure to/experience with digital marketing and media. Desire to drive growth; data-driven and adept at working with numbers. Strong project management skills include conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, and delivering analysis and recommendations. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation. Strong communication and cross-functional skills, with the ability to engage, listen, and collaborate with internal departments to align on strategic solutions. Strong technical proficiency/understanding of data and modeling infrastructure. Experience building and leading email marketing strategies and proficiency with marketing messaging platforms such as SendGrid and similar tools. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
