Partnering with our incredible local and regional teams, you will support the development of IG's positioning in Spain, by identifying target audiences and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.You will execute marketing programs leveraging internal and external support, while driving collaboration, analyzing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and best practices to build successful strategies.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate on the development and implementation of Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, differentiation, customer acquisition, and retention in the Spanish market.Campaign Management: Partner with our teams of channel experts and external agencies to plan, coordinate, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, content marketing, etc.).Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to optimize marketing efforts and report on ROI.Collaboration: Work closely with the regional marketing team, sales team, PCMs and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of marketing activities.Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for the Spanish market, ensuring cost-effective strategies and resource allocation.Brand Positioning: Enhance IG's brand presence in Spain through strategic brand positioning, messaging, partnerships, and events.Event Management: Plan and execute online and in-person events, coordinating with sales to leverage events for lead generation and retention.What you'll need for this roleProven experience in developing successful marketing plans and campaigns in the Spanish marketStrong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedExperience developing accurate and complete briefs for critical projects and campaignsFamiliarity with digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing local and regional stakeholders.Around 5 years of work experience in marketingFully proficient Spanish speaker, advanced English language skillsAs an advantage:Proven experience in the financial industry within marketingExperience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.G., Salesforce)Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field
