QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of BSBA Major in Marketing Management or equivalent course
Experience is a plus
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
Average to fast typing skills
Pleasing personality
Good communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Maintain good customer relations before and after services rendered.
Submit the client specification file to the OIC and President/CEO for approval, and secure it thereafter.
Submit daily itinerary and report via email regarding marketing transactions to the OIC and President/CEO.
Secure MOA (Memorandum of Agreement) and Data Privacy Agreement from the client and file securely thereafter.
Submit customer feedback on the marketed clients on a weekly basis.
Submit monthly marketing report by a specified date and time.
Uphold 7S standards in the department and address concerns immediately.
Follow DOH and ISO guidelines.
Participate actively in Quality Improvement related activities of the clinic.
Perform other tasks and duties as may be assigned by Management.
