Description of the Function: Your Responsibilities: Follow and develop the marketing and communication plan to achieve the objectives set.
Web management and updating according to campaigns (WordPress).
Management of communication materials: brochures, rollups, commercial materials, and fluid coordination with the design agency.
Management of social networks.
Plan and arrange meetings with the media and stakeholders to explain the value proposition of the assigned event and the opportunities it offers them to close and coordinate collaboration agreements.
Maintain and update the database of media and stakeholders through the assigned tools.
Identify new collaborators or strategies to expand the communication channels of the event and amplify its dissemination.
Visit other similar events to close agreements with new collaborators.
Profile Description: Your Qualifications: University studies (diploma, bachelor's degree, degree, or equivalent).
Your IT Skills: Experience in the Microsoft Office environment and Acrobat.
Your Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
Ability to write content and translate it (fluent in Spanish and English).
Your Skills: Planning and organization capacity.
Web management domain: WordPress.
Ability to analyze data and thus redefine strategies together with the team.
Interest in innovation and new technologies.
Availability to travel and flexible hours.
Communication skills to establish relationships with the media and stakeholders of the assigned projects.
Sensitivity with design and creativity to know how to retouch pieces with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
