We are looking for a Marketing Engagement with experience in MK Agencies in the UK Market. Principal Functions: Lead and hold responsibility for specific program team and Integrated Agency Team (IAT) to develop and execute the omni-channel marketing communications plan from brief through final analysis. Coordinate annual communication and media plans with the Integrated Agency Team. Ensure plan is aligned with strategic marketing plans. In conjunction with agencies drive business performance through disciplined planning, execution and optimization of audience, channel, and creative across the entire consumer journey. Own/manage ongoing alignment between marketing, Integrated Agency Team, third party vendors, sponsorships, and internal stakeholders across the spectrum of activities on day-to-day tactical campaigns agency teams. Direct Integrated Agency Team on marketing communications plans for new partnerships, promotional opportunities, and adjustments to plan as warranted. Assist with evaluation and negotiation of potential marketing partners and sponsorship opportunities. Establish and steward annual KPIs. Collect and consolidate relevant data needed for stewardship reports. Website Analytics. Establish, manage, and steward annual budgets for communications. Work directly with the IAT, managing/controlling agency initiatives work day to day. Writing and leading brief creation e.G., input brief management setting scope for agency to be shared and reviewed with senior leadership, as informed by the strategy set by senior leadership. Overall end-to-end ownership/management of campaigns owning the campaigns beyond IAT e.G., loyalty, social, technical teams, including financial management, procurement processes, ability to look across with full oversight holistically and into the details through to in-market execution. Ownership of website social team activities to guide and ensure campaign execution. Requirements: Experience in Agency in a similar role for the UK Market. English High (preferably native). Strategic mindset. Project ownership and management. Detail-oriented setting ensuring adherence to set timelines. Strong communicator effective at influencing a variety of stakeholders, including those in senior positions. Budget management.
