Marketing Director (M/F)

From Luxe Talent, an International Personnel Selection and Training Consultancy specialized in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for the figure of Marketing Director, for one of our clients, a retail company based in Madrid.In our selection and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and we have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Braga, Amsterdam and Munich.Your main functions will be:You will own, drive and project manage the creation of brand strategy.Lead and manage relationship activities.Scale all commercial elements of the brandsBuilding strong relationships with the commercial teams.Collaborating with global brand teams, multiple agencies, cross-functional teams and partners to deliver the objectives.Ownership over innovation elements of the brands, product launches, new-to-world activities, events, partnerships, etc.Own the full P&L and manage the pricing & promo strategy.Lead a team of 10 under your responsibility, as well as monitor its performance through supervision and motivation, in order to achieve an efficient team that achieves results.Requirements:10-12 years of relevant marketing management experience in leading brands.Bachelor's Degree from a top tier institution, MBA highly valuable.Experience leading luxury, fashion or retail brands.Proven experience in leading a teamProven track record in building strategic plans that have influenced a major marketFluent in English and Spanish.#J-18808-Ljbffr
