The Marketing Director is responsible for ensuring the uniformity of processes across different Business Units (BUs) and keeping the Iberia General Manager (GM) well-informed about the business's progress. This role involves supporting and coordinating with Unit Managers, developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives. The Marketing Director will also design market access strategies, oversee health economics studies, drive clinical selling efforts, establish industry partnerships, and manage multichannel marketing campaigns to effectively reach target audiences. This position plays a crucial role in identifying common issues, providing innovative solutions, and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activities within the organization.
