It will lead and coordinate all marketing activities across EMEA, ensuring execution excellence by leveraging all marketing specialists in Cynosure. The role is accountable for full alignment with the commercial organization and collaborative embedding of the marketing organization in local market teams.Role ResponsibilitiesSTRATEGICThe role is accountable to move the EMEA marketing organization (people/capabilities/processes) from a traditional HCP-model to an integrated B2B2C approach that sets up marketing as a differentiator vs competitors.Collaborate with the cross functional EMEA Leadership team to create the Marketing Strategy and ensure it fits EMEA needs.Create and work with cross-functional team across Markets in EMEA to drive the most effective Go-to-Market Model meeting the needs of both HCP & consumer.Champion and elevate the brand, the brand experience across touchpoints while creating strong relationships & engagements with KOLs and customers.Continuously innovating to drive the business into white spaces via business model innovation & building strong ecosystem of agencies and partners.OPERATIONALLead and manage the teams that drive the execution of the strategy for the business with focus on acceleration (direct, indirect & distributor markets).Plan and monitor execution of plans through local market teams.Ensure full stakeholder engagement from planning to execution and post-evaluation.Manage EMEA marketing budget holistically across markets to ensure best ROI.Monitor and ensure both compliance with and documentation of compliance with Cynosure's policies and procedures as outlined in various Company policies, including the Global Approval Authority Matrix and other mandatory policies pursuant to one's job description.PEOPLE & LEADERSHIPWork successfully as part of the EMEA Leadership Team International Marketing Leadership Team, driving a holistic marketing change agenda and outstanding performance for the business.Work effectively in Cynosure's global matrix environment, building relationships with international colleagues to achieve shared company goals.Create an inclusive culture, driving team excellence, talent and performance management, capability development and cross-functional execution excellence.Be an organizational leader: Foster collaboration and agility, build marketing capabilities, mentor, coach and develop team members, and develop an inclusive culture.Key CompetenciesLeadership: Initiates action, gives direction and takes responsibility.
