As a Marketing Designer/Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's visual identity and brand perception.
Your creative vision and expertise will be instrumental in developing compelling and impactful marketing materials that resonate with our target audience of system administrators, IT professionals, and business leaders.
You will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Content department to ensure that all visual assets align with our overall marketing strategy and brand messaging.
Your ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing and engaging designs will be essential in capturing attention and driving brand awareness.
Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design innovative and visually stunning designs (digital and print) for a variety of marketing materials, including website materials, landing pages, brochures, reports, infographics, presentations, events, social media graphics, and email marketing templates.
Create animated video pieces, motion graphics, and visual effects for different platforms and formats.Maintain the company's brand identity and consistency by ensuring that all visual assets adhere to our brand guidelines and maintaining a consistent look and feel across all channels.Provide creative direction and guidance to internal and external collaborators, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute high-quality integrated marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.Manage several design projects simultaneously and efficiently, meeting established deadlines.Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies to ensure that our marketing materials remain fresh and relevant, proactively proposing innovative ideas to improve visual communication. Qualifications: Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a nice to have.More than 5 years of experience as a Marketing Designer in a B2B company.Proven experience demonstrated through a portfolio where projects can be reviewed.Strong design skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant design tools.Video editing skills: Proficient in video editing and visual effects tools (Premiere, After Effects).Knowledge of website design basics: WordPress, HTML, and CSS.Creative vision: A passion for design and a strong ability to conceptualize and create visually impactful designs.Attention to detail: A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
