We want to make sure our people reflect the communities across the world we help travel.lastminute.Com N.V. is a publicly-traded company listed under the ticker symbol LMN on the SIX Swiss Exchange.Job Description lastminute.Com is looking for a Data Lead (Marketing) within its Data & Analytics department who can drive our Marketing & Media data domain team currently composed of 2 data engineers and 3 data analysts.
This team has the objective to proactively partner with our marketing and media teams to design, measure and optimize performances of our marketing campaigns across various channels including paid search, display advertising, social media, and affiliate marketing.Key Responsibilities:Proactively define and review an overarching marketing analytics strategy aligned with our company business goals identifying areas for optimization and experimentation that can drive incremental gains in our marketing effectiveness and efficiency.Oversee the collection, integration, and management of our marketing data from various sources including digital marketing platforms, website analytics, and third-party data providers ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness by implementing data quality control measures and data validation processes.Supervise the development of dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key marketing metrics, performance trends, and insights to our marketing stakeholders.Lead the analysis of marketing data to uncover insights, trends, and patterns that drive actionable recommendations for optimizing our marketing strategies.Partner with our marketing and media teams to identify and monitor marketing key performance indicators ensuring effectiveness and constant optimization of our marketing and media campaigns
