What will you do? Develop and implement data solutions in order to improve the effectiveness of business decisions.
Design data models, generate relevant marketing insights in order to improve our channels' effectiveness.
Provide data for digital marketing efforts.
Use insights and KPIs to identify business opportunities and present these to stakeholders (product, data, marketing departments).
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests that require data blending from multiple data sources.
Explore new methodologies and state of the art solutions to improve the use of data in the team.
Be up to date of new data solutions.
Identify how Holaluz could benefit from them and evaluate their impact.
In 30 days: Know and understand how our systems and processes are structured.
Meet with different teams to start working on the current open projects.
Know the different areas in the team and their goals, to start understanding the importance of our work.
In 60 days: Know and understand how our systems and processes work.
Extract and work with different data in an autonomous way, asking for help when needed.
Interact with other stakeholders (product, marketing, data teams) and generate relevant insights.
In 90 days: Lead some relevant project (ROI, data content).
Know the most important things in the energy sector and feel comfortable discussing data.
Where will you do it? Another way of #KeepRowing is to row all together in perfect synchronization and towards a common goal, and what better place to do it than in our offices in Barcelona just 200 meters away from the sea. This exceptional location next to the beach is perfect for taking a break with a dip and putting another of our #HaveFun values into practice. But since March the number of "Holaluz offices" has multiplied by 220, everyone has their own little Holaluz, with their sea views (or not), their coffee or tea machine, their open space for lunch, their meeting rooms (now with a little more availability), and also their routines and organisation. We are committed to individuality and flexibility by putting people at the core of our decisions, that's why our offices are open for those who need or want to work in them.
We are working on flexible seating in the office and providing individual lockers for everyone, as well as adapting all the meeting rooms so that we can make better video-conferencing and continue to work as comfortably as possible from home or from the office. Our people are the most valuable asset, so in the office, we must comply with the following agreements: It's essential to wear a mask when moving around in the office. Not when we're sitting in our workplace (respecting distances) but when we're moving around (toilets, going to the kitchen, showers or meeting room).
Requirements 2-3 years experience as a Marketing/Digital Data Analyst.
Experience with Python & SQL.
Degree in data science, business analytics, marketing analytics, or related field.
Good knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics, etc.
Flexible and analytical mindset.
Good communication skills.
