As a Data Analyst, you'll support our marketing and ecommerce teams by analyzing marketing and sales metrics. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities include collecting, interpreting data to identify trends, and presenting insights through data visualization tools to drive business growth.
Responsibilities: Data Management and Analysis: Data Collection and Integration: Gather data from various sources and integrate for analysis.Data Cleaning and Validation: Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating datasets.Data Modeling and Segmentation: Use statistical techniques to model and segment customer data.Predictive Analytics: Develop models to forecast trends based on historical data.Marketing Performance Analytics: Marketing Attribution Modeling: Determine marketing channels' impact on conversions and revenue.Promotion Effectiveness Analysis: Analyze promotion metrics to identify effective strategies.Email Marketing Optimization: Analyze email campaign performance and optimize engagement.Website and Merchandising Analysis: Examine website changes to enhance user experience.Reporting and Visualization: Dashboard and Report Development: Create interactive reports to visualize key metrics.Market Research and Trend Analysis: Conduct research to identify opportunities.A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design tests to optimize marketing strategies.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaboration with Teams: Work with various teams to align insights with business objectives.Identifying Patterns: Recognize trends to inform marketing strategies.Optimizing Content: Improve website content based on user preferences.What We're Looking for: Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or ecommerce environment.Demonstrated experience in manipulating and analyzing large datasets using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and Shopify Analytics.Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing concepts and metrics, including PPC, SEO, and email marketing.Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.Familiarity with Klaviyo (an advantage) or ecommerce marketplaces like eBay and Amazon.
