Job Description:
What will you work on?
The Marketing Coordinator actively assists and supports Brand Managers, and other members to ensure business plans are executed as scheduled. Handles daily communication with customers, partners, and sales representatives, and ensures product catalogue, showroom, product data base is updated. The Marketing Coordinator ensures customers' product requirements and ensures proactive communication of product/marketing information including any changes with customers, partners, and sales representatives.
Please note this is a fixed term contract of 6+ months for a parental leave cover.
How will you create impact?
Ensure customers' product requirements and timelines are communicated to the internal support team, and are executed correctly
Ensure product data base has all product/marketing information and pricing in order to conduct their business and make product selections
Assist in the completion of in-store and e-commerce quote sheets/item set up sheets
Set up and updating image bank
Proactive communication of changed product information towards customers (including changes in feedsheets)
Sample ordering
Vendor creations in the system and purchase requisitions
Coordination with agencies
Maintain and update the most up-to-date pricelist in SAP
New products set up and follow up
Handles daily communication with customers, partners and sales representatives
Work hand-in-hand with brand manager to ensure business plans are executed as scheduled
Ensure that product catalogue is ready
Ensure showroom is updated with all the information needed, including participation/ representing Spin Master if needed
Assist in sample/mockup ordering
Manage tidiness of showroom and storage room
Ensure 100% accuracy in company processes and internal systems
Efficiently adhere to deadlines and show proven ability to handle multiple tasks
How will you fit into the team?
The Marketing Coordinator reports to General Manager Spain/Iberia.
What are your skills and experience?
2-3 years' experience in Toy industry or equivalent CPG industry
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proactive approach with the ability to push projects forward under tight deadlines
Highly organised multi-tasker with a results-oriented mindset
Fluent in English both written and spoken
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare and deliver presentations and package ideas both visually and textually
Exceptional verbal presentation skills and ability to create presentation level drawings
Demonstrate exceptional ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize work without missing critical deadlines
Must demonstrate the ability to think logically, creatively and commercially
Exceptional ability to both adapt to and manage changing priorities independently in a fast paced environment and coach others to do so
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels within a team environment
