Job Description :
This individual will be supporting the implementation and realization of the Marketing Plan and Activities for the Iberia and LATAM Regions, in alignment with the overall regional marketing strategies. Working with all the offline and online channels we use to promote our campaigns and activities. This person will have specific technical support from the digital global teams on more advanced digital tasks.
The position will be Hybrid and based in Madrid (San Fernando de Henares area) and reports directly to the Director, Marketing Iberia & LATAM. This is a position that includes some business travel.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Marketing Director, support the planning, implementing, monitoring, analyzing, and adjusting of marketing campaigns for the Iberian and LATAM markets to achieve business goals.
Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as Candela Own events and third-party collaborations.
Knowledge of all the marketing material available from EMEA/Global to help us drive our communication and contents.
Management of the organic Social media channels for Spain and Portugal.
Compose and create content in different formats for different channels.
Translate and keep all the marketing material updated.
Collaborate with Digital Team for digital campaigns and initiatives.
Update the Candela marketing content platforms: Mediafly, Sharepoint.
Sales Force leads management.
Sales Force reports creation to analyze the ROI of the marketing campaigns.
Translate the marketing email campaigns coming from EMEA.
Stock control of the marketing material.
Prepare marketing kits to be sent to our customers when purchasing a system.
Alignment with internal and external stakeholders (i.e., Sales and clinical as well as external vendors).
Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs.
Customer care and support on Marketing needs especially for key operations/customers.
Sales rep support on marketing needs.
Experience and Abilities
B. Degree in Business, Marketing, PR or comparable experience.
Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
1+ years of prior experience in marketing, proven experience as a marketing assistant is a plus.
Solid knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online tools.
Experience with CRM is a plus.
Multi-tasker with good time management skills and ability to adhere to deadlines.
Well-organized with a customer and results-oriented approach.
Strong communication and people skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
Intermediate level of Portuguese is a plus.
High level in English (C1).
Availability to travel.
Availability to attend events on weekends as required.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work across cross-functional teams.
