Your peer teams are based across other Microsoft markets in Western Europe, and you will work closely with a central team based at the Microsoft Western Europe headquarters.What will your day look like?The Marketing Coordinator coordinates campaigns across Microsoft internal stakeholders, VML global Service Delivery Hub teams, and third-party agencies and provides marketing campaign execution recommendations and consultation. They may also coordinate services with other local agencies and teams, such as social media or creative teams.More specifically, your tasks include:Translate Microsoft's marketing objectives to a demand generation plan.Implement governance principles in planning, set-up and measurement of demand generation activities.Apply targeting criteria and leverages pre-defined target lists.Full responsibility for activity execution and its results. In addition, co-ordinate all parties involved in an activity – VML and Microsoft stakeholders and third parties and review activities copy localizations.Collect, interpret and report results of activities and validate all customer journey data flow.Advise stakeholders on overall activities execution processes, KPIs, deployment of tools and services.Act as advisor on commercial marketing tools and services.What do you bring to the table? Required skills & competences:Ideally completed studies in any marketing-related field.2+ years' experience in execution of marketing-related initiatives, incl. 1+ year experience with target audience segmentation, campaign success measurement, project or account management role.High level of compliance with company rules & processes, e. g. personal data protection or brand guidelines.Proven project management skills & experience, readiness to assume responsibility for own KPIs, track activities progress and meet critical deadlines.Solid skills in Microsoft tools and software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.Comfort in dealing with client's and third-party stakeholders and ability to manage multiple events and activities, and ability to prioritize urgent and important tasks.A strong team player with ability to establish working relations with culturally diverse internal and external partners.Strong in problem solving skills and orientation to detail.Fluent English is essential (requirement for additional language skills may apply).VML Spain#J-18808-Ljbffr
