Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales / tours prior to scheduling a tour for a Marriott vacation club property.Determine and give premiums to guests as gifts for their patronage (e.G., rewards points, vouchers). Answer guest questions about property facilities / services.Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.CRITICAL TASKS Tour generation and return package sales.Present and arrange Marriott's Club Son Antem sales presentation to qualified guests at contracted location.Present and arrange Marriott's Club Son Antem return packages to qualified guests at contracted location.Work with the partnered hotel and other location staff to ensure appropriate representation and communication is provided daily.Co-ordinate appointments with the front desk at the Marriott Vacation Club Sales Centre.Follow gifting procedures to ensure guests meet minimum eligibility standards.Project a professional appearance and attitude.Maintain a clean and organized workstation.Initiate contact with as many people as possible.Promote interest in the MVCI Resorts.Maintain certain performance standards, up to, and including production.Hand out all collateral required in the Marketing process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of the area and surroundings.Preferred Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.Bilingual English and German.Exceptional customer service skills.Strong work ethic, high energy level, and positive attitude.Must have reliable transportation.Ability to work a flexible schedule.Be highly driven and a self-starter.Sales experience preferred.Policies and Procedures Follow company and department policies and procedures.Protect the privacy and security of coworkers.Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.Ensure nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures.Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.Guest Relations Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible.Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand or property specific process (e.G., LEARN, PLEASED, Guest Response, LEAP) to resolve issues, delight, and build trust.Thank guests with genuine appreciation and provide a fond farewell
