Marketing & Communications Specialist We are a dynamic deeptech startup. As we scale, we are looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring our brand image as we continue to grow.
We are seeking an experienced and creative individual who is proactive and passionate about contributing to a high social impact project.
Your Day to Day
Responsible for brand image and corporate identity management .
Develop and implement communication and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Online Advertising Campaigns (SEM and Social Ads) : Creation and management of online advertising campaigns and advertising on social networks through platforms such as Google/Meta Ads.
Web maintenance: SEO, content upload in WordPress and Elementor and web analytics of the most relevant metrics.
Writing press releases and liaising with journalists, as well as handling their requests.
Writing internal texts, web posts and external newsletters.
Social Media : Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to our target audience, including creative artworks and copywriting. Manage our digital community.
Graphic design : image editing and design of corporate material (preferably using Adobe package or Canva), for both digital and physical media. Print management and control.
End-to-end event organization and management, including initial contact with the fair, space selection, booth design, agency coordination if necessary, budget control, logistics, possible assistance at the booth and closing of the process.
Email marketing : Creation, sending, and follow-up of campaigns. Database management. Management of generic corporate and departmental email accounts.
Merchandising: design and stock control.
Support to the team : assist with layouts and presentations, photo editing, creation of posters, etc.
Monthly clipping.
Minimum Experience / Skills
2+ years of experience in a Marketing/Communications role.
Expertise in digital marketing tools, such as marketing automation, web analytics, SEO, SEM and social media advertising.
Knowledge of marketing strategies, segmentation and targeting techniques.
Proficient in data analysis and skills to measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
Proficiency with: Adobe Pack (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads, WordPress, Elementor, MailChimp, Google Search Console.
Content creation: Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills with an excellent eye for detail.
Experience managing Social Media or other communication campaigns and community management.
Creative, with a sensitivity and taste for graphic design.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, including time management, multi-tasking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact with multinational and multidisciplinary stakeholders in both Spanish and English (C1 or equivalent).
Comfortable working independently, managing through ambiguity. It is essential to have a valid work permit to be able to work in Spain.
