Who we're looking for We are looking for our first Regional Marketing & Communications Manager to help us build Shares local brand in Southern Europe (SEU) & communications strategy while collaborating with our central Growth to drive awareness, acquisition and engagement for Shares' products. Reporting to our General Manager of SEU and Global Head of Growth, you will play a pivotal role in building and implementing Shares go-to-market strategy. You will work across a wide range of topics including brand campaigns, PR, digital marketing, CRM and product marketing.
You will work hand in hand with marketers from all backgrounds, both locally and centrally to define a winning strategy in your region. You want to be in the front seat of a product that is set to revolutionise how people think about personal investment? You thrive at building ambitious and creative strategies to bring new Products and features to the market? You're both a Maker and Doer and obsess with keeping track of the results of your actions? What will I be doing? Develop go-to market strategies and plans, including brand, PR and digital marketing campaignsWork closely with the Central Growth team on user acquisition/activation and CRM strategiesLead user research efforts and benchmarks converting insights into actionable inputs for Product teamsBuild frameworks and processes to scale Product Marketing efforts in your regionBe an evangelist for Shares mission and the value drivers that help our customersWhat do we need from you? 5+ years of experience in B2C product growth or consumer marketing in fast paced environmentMarketing business acumen and track record successfully leveraging channels for in-product, digital, PR and offline activationsStrong experience setting strategic direction and managing complex go-to-market campaigns that require input and execution from various cross-functional teamsAnalytical, data driven decision-maker with the ability to use deductive reasoning to simplify and communicate complex issues required.
