col-wideJob Description:Vestas is looking for you.Reporting to the Mediterranean Head of Strategy, Marketing & Communications, the role will be responsible for developing and driving the marketing & communications strategy for the Mediterranean (MED) region encompassing Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa.The Marketing & Communications Manager will be a valuable member of the regional Strategy, Marketing Communications team, which currently consists of 6 other team members.**Responsibilities**As Marketing and Communication manager, you will take on the role of further strengthening the marketing and communication setup for the MED markets. Your main responsibility is to be a key driver of the Marketing activities in the region which are the following:- Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies in line with the regional business priorities.- Enhance Vestas branding and business opportunities through business external-facing marketing activities, for example, customer forums, conferences, roundtables, digital and social, and community engagement- Develop and implement internal and external communications projects (including press releases, opinion articles, presentations, social media posts, infographics, videos and blogs) to achieve, promote and protect Vestas' business goals and market position, strengthen our company culture and enhance employee engagement.- Develop corporate messaging for regional leadership- Oversee brand management and guidelines, and deliver high quality marketing collateral- Coordinate relationships with external agencies and suppliers in relation to marketing and communication initiatives, with control of country marketing & communications budget- Monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of marketing and communication activities- Contribute to innovation of the marketing tool-box and the different channels- Maximize the integration of all the different disciplines (Market Intel, Communication, Public Affairs and Branding)**Qualifications**- Relevant degree in business, marketing or communication discipline, or equivalent- 7+ years hands-on experience in B2B marketing and strategic communications, press relations, social media channels and events- Great project management skills and stakeholder management- Qualified written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English**Competencies**- Capable of coordinating multiple tasks in an ever-growing and fast-paced environment, while still being able to focus on the details- Willing and motivated to engage in operational tasks and great at prioritising- Curious and inspired by opportunities- Experience from working in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams and a natural ability to build positive and efficient relationships- Can navigate and network in a complex stakeholder environment- Solid written and verbal presentation and communication skillsProficiency in English is needed.
