Weare currently looking for aMarketing & Communications Expert for Spain and Portugal tojoin our team based inBarcelona and Wroclaw. Incollaboration with the Head of Marketing and the Content Execution Leader, you will beresponsible for: ? Support marketing manager indefining the gotomarket strategy for the local market
? Participate inthe organization of different projects and take end-to-end responsibility
from the the tasks assigned focusing ondelivering results
? Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
? Content creation support and task management with other stakeholders implied onthe
delivering (digital marketing manager, designer)
? Assist inthe project management of events and logistics and take responsibility for the
communications plan
? Assist indeveloping and implementing social media strategies toincrease brand
awareness and engagement
? Create and schedule content across various social media platforms and monitor social
media channels for trends and opportunities
? Assist inwriting and editing marketing materials, including blog posts, press releases
? PRmanagement with Prezly including reporting and clipping
? Conduct market research toidentify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
? Undertake daily administrative tasks toensure the functionality and coordination of the
department's activities
? Manage third-party campaigns inconcordance of the approved plan, coordinating design
tasks and owning final art delivering, performance and invoicing
What will you need: ? Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Communications, Business, orarelated field
? Proven experience inmarketing and communications b2b
? English language skills of min. B2
? Strong written and verbal communication skills inSpanish for different supports and
purposes
? Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite and social media platforms
? Detail-oriented and highly organized
? Ability towork collaboratively inateam environment
? Proactive and able totake initiative
? Demonstrable ability tomulti-task and adhere todeadlines
? Availability for traveling sporadically when needed for events production

Salary: 40.000 € gross annual. Permanent contract with 6 months trial period.
