Position Summary: Reporting to the Delta Partners (CF TMT) Marketing Director, the Marketing and PR manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the Marketing plan for Delta Partners. She/he will lead cross-department campaigns to enhance the equity of the brand and foster its positioning in the market. The applicant needs to be a strong team player, with solid communication skills, who can coordinate and execute campaigns promptly, putting program management skills to work.
General Objectives: In consultation with the Marketing Director, position Delta Partners and its services and partners as the leading TMT (Tech, Media & Telecoms) Strategy Consulting specialist amongst key stakeholders.Improve Delta Partner's media relationships globally, with a strong focus on international and top tier media.Increase the quality of Delta Partner's media coverage in the global business and financial press as well as specialist trade press.Maintain relationships and dialogue with key international, regional, and local media.Ensure engaging communication inside and outside the company.Make the internally produced content work harder and repurpose it for various initiatives (secure coverage in media, use it for client engagement, etc.). Responsibilities: Define, review and implement the Marketing plans, in consultation with the Marketing Director.General support executing all Marketing campaigns: videos, articles, podcasts, branding, etc.Drive publicity of content generated in the firm (see the Delta Perspective on our website) across the regions and maximize positive media exposure.Owner of our social media efforts, in coordination with our Graphic designer.Write and review external corporate communications (press releases, newsletters, speeches, etc.).Work closely with other divisions/departments within the business to ensure smooth internal communications (especially the HR function). Experience and skills: Minimum 5-7 years' experience.Native English speaker, proven business communication skills.Minimum Degree (Masters or Bachelors) in a related field (Marketing, Journalism, Communications).Passionate about the tech and communications space. Interest in the global technology investments / VC sector.
