Your main mission will be: Reporting to the RVP of Marketing and Communications, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the logistical execution and support of all annual marketing agreements and strategic partnerships with leading consumer brands and traditional tour operators, among others, in South Region HYATT EAME. Your main functions will be: · Negotiate, finalize and execute co-operative marketing plans with EAME TTOO, ensuring the presence and brand positioning of the portfolio in all marketing agreement tactics, including but not limited to: banners, emails, video advertising, digital and print brochures, social media and PR campaigns. · Responsible for tracking all completed TTOO marketing agreement tactics and providing an overall summary in executive presentations. · Responsible for monthly invoice reconciliation with TTOO partners and finance department. Budget control. · Coordinate with regional and on-property Sales Directors, objectives, budgets, marketing plans and tactic actions · The successful candidate will provide recommendations on partnership marketing initiatives and innovative marketing tactics to enact with strategic and new prospective partners
