Focus on understanding the needs and preferences of businesses in the hair care industry: salons, retailers, brand owners. Worldwide market focus on EU + USA.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategy for hair care products, defining target audiences, and outlining the positioning and messaging for the products.Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to bring new hair care products to market. This involves identifying consumer needs, providing input on product features and packaging, and ensuring that the products meet market/consumer demands. Emphasize reliability and quality while collaborating with external partners (labs, schools).Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and packaging to ensure alignment in strategy and execution. Collaborate with sales teams to support product launches and presentations to customers.Stay Informed: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and the competitive landscape within the hair care market.
