01 oct | Sita - Société Internationale De Télécommunications | Madrid Marketing Campaign Specialist (Product) - Madrid Overview: As Marketing Campaign Specialist (Product), you will lead the marketing activities for some of the most exciting products within SITA's Communication and Data Exchange division. Acting between Product, Marketing, and Sales, the Consultant Marketing's primary mission is to get new products and features to market and help them grow. You will contribute towards developing our portfolio and its successful positioning in the marketplace, creating messages that speak directly to the aspirations of our customers.
This role will allow you to build and sustain excellent relationships with a multicultural cross-functional team to develop impactful marketing activities.
What You Will Do: Content Creation: Develop compelling and consistent copy for diverse marketing materials to enhance brand messaging. Craft persuasive narratives for product launches, emphasizing key features and unique selling points. Work closely with colleagues and subject matter experts to simplify technical information and articulate reasons behind product creation, ensuring clear communication of unique value propositions in marketing materials.Product Launch Support and Sales Enablement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop messaging, positioning, and value propositions for new products. Train and equip internal teams with effective marketing materials to ensure successful product launches. Advocate for your portfolio by taking ownership of the product's messaging and go-to-market strategy. Develop visually appealing decks/webinars for internal use, effectively communicating product information and marketing messages. Play a key role as a sales enabler, effectively conveying the products' positioning both internally and externally.Market Strategy and Collaboration: Collaborate with SMEs to create thought leadership content such as white papers and social media posts that position the company as an industry leader. Support the annual Communications & Data Council event, including marketing activities and customer event logistics. Provide marketing leadership and support in identifying, planning, and implementing activities that address market opportunities and align with product strategy. Partner with product managers, sales teams, and customer success teams to understand customers' needs and become the customers' overarching voice.Qualifications: 3-5 years of marketing, marketing communications, internal communications, or PR experience, preferably in telecommunications, IT, air transport, or travel industries.Business degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify technical information.Proficient in creating compelling content for web, social media, and presentations.Excellent communication skills for building trust and long-term relationships.Collaborative approach, working across matrix organizations and virtual teams.
