.Job PurposeThe Marketing Campaign project Manager is responsible for leading performance oriented digital marketing projects, managing day-to-day operational tasks, and ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. This role supports the MOS Spain Lead and helps streamline operations by taking over operational responsibilities from the MOS leader.The Marketing Campaign Project Manager is responsible for the performance of the operational campaign project management and excellence of the MOS team in Madrid, in-line with the MOS-Service strategy and ensures coordination and execution of the MOS service consumption.They are going to work closely together with the local peers in marketing & sales and ensures service excellence and team development.Outstanding end-to-end omni-channel go-to-market approaches aligned with global, regional and local marketing plans are at the heart of the daily work.The position holder works closely together with the other Marketing Operation Studios to orchestrate campaign execution.The incumbent takes co-ownership of entire local campaign life cycles starting from early planning and development phase up to market launch and analysis.Main Tasks and ResponsibilitiesProject Management:Lead and manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with regional and local marketing and sales counterparts.Coordinate and oversee the operational aspects of marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis.Ensure clear briefing and task assignments to the MOS team members.Monitor project progress and communicate proactively with stakeholders.Campaign Execution:Ensure local campaign launch readiness and market compatibility.Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital marketing projects from planning to market launch and analysis.Act as a consultant to internal customers, advising on integrated digital marketing activities.Support local teams in the execution of campaigns based on MOS services.Team Coordination:Coordinate the MOS team in Madrid and collaborate with other Marketing Operation Studios to orchestrate campaign execution.Support the development and performance of the MOS team by providing guidance and operational support.Ensure the team maintains high standards of creative quality and marketing communication.Process Improvement:Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures along the customer journey.Implement best practices in digital marketing operations and project management.Support management in resource planning and budget management within projects.Stakeholder Management:Develop and sustain solid relationships with internal stakeholders.Act as the main point of contact between Regional & Local Marketing and the global Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement team.Lead alignment meetings and support the planning and forecasting of digital marketing campaigns
