These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.
HOW IS A DAY AS A CONSULTANT AT ACCENTURE? You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build, and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of the team, you will drive the following:
Designing new campaign strategies and marketing plans across all channels and devices. Conducting technology vendor assessment and Adobe Experience cloud/Adobe marketing cloud capability assessment, defining target marketing operating model and process blueprint, developing marketing use cases and develop business case. Gathering business requirements, designing process & solution for implementation of Adobe campaign/Marketo. Plan, design, execute large scale marketing automation programs over channels such as email, SMS, CRM, web, SEO/SEM etc. Designing new campaign strategies and strategizing marketing plans across all channels and devices based on campaign performance and insights. Conduct vendor assessment and client's Campaign/Marketing automation capability assessment. Provide recommendations on optimizing the Campaign/Marketing automation stack and develop use cases to improve utilization of existing campaign engine. Gathering business requirements, designing process & solution for implementation of marketing and advertising solutions. Design functional architecture (Integration with peripheral systems like Datasources, Activation channels etc.), implementation support, for campaign engines such as Adobe, Braze etc. Derive insights for campaign, work on Campaign attribution and strategy optimization. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Collaborating with various client and Accenture business and technology stakeholders in implementing Adobe campaign/Marketo solution and assisting in change management and adoption of the new tool/process. Collecting and sharing best practices on solution positioning and delivery for clients. Lead marketing process and technology assessment, KPI and definition, solution and vendor assessment for different marketing technologies including Adobe. Aside from client delivery, the selected candidate will also drive business development efforts and thought leadership in the campaign management and digital advertising space. Partner and team with technology solution providers and marketing agencies to deliver the best solution meeting the needs of our clients. Strong understanding of Marketing processes, operating model, marketing & Advertising technologies, and integrations with other technologies. Proficient in research and analysis, identify new opportunities, develop solutions, and own proposals end to end. Ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively. Ability to solution and budget projects/ engagements for clients. Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations. Strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead teams independently. Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global, fast paced, and unstructured environment. Ability to learn new and understand new tools/solutions. Contribute to offering development skills to identify areas of growth related to specific skills, platforms, assets etc. that contribute to enhancing the offering. Configure, test, and deploy marketing processes in client's Workfront or other marketing workflow management system. Follow a proven methodology, approach, and best practices to successfully enable client to achieve their unique business objectives using Workfront. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand how a client's Workfront instance has been configured and provide post go live consulting to newly implemented customers. IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree completed. High proficiency in English. Proven working experience (4+ Years) in marketing technology and in delivering marketing solutions. Strong understanding of marketing, marketing technologies and ability to apply technology know-how to better how our clients reach out to their customers. And one or more of these: Developing customer experience journey for a product, life event and defining next best action strategy. Developing Account based marketing programs (ABM). Designing interventions to drive customer acquisition / customer engagement. Managing full spectrum of Marketing program execution from strategy definition to technical delivery in Adobe Campaign / Marketo. Experience and hands-on role in conducting requirement gathering and design workshops, preparing solution and functional blueprint, leading, and coordinating solution design and deployment across multi-dimensional team. Hands-on/functional consultant experience in Adobe campaign/Marketo implementation with deep functional, industry and client facing experience. Monitoring trends, analyzing data, to optimize marketing campaigns. Identifying marketing process improvement opportunities. Developing business case for campaign strategies, technology solutions. Developing / supporting development of martech/adtech platform technology, Data visualization platforms and Cloud Platforms, Adobe , Braze etc. Ability to use insights for campaign and strategy optimization. Deliver and execute on technical design solutions, customizing where required, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Experience Cloud. Strong understanding of data structures and hands on experience on Mar-tech tools such as Adobe campaign, AJO, Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. Strong knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.). Good to have Workfront/Jira experience. Good to have exposure to other Campaign tools like Pega decisioning, SFMC, etc. Good to have experience in leading and managing email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns and in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
